Business Intelligence Analyst

My client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, identify trends, and offer insights to enhance sales performance.

This position requires working closely with the sales team and other departments to improve sales strategies and support company goals

Responsibilities

Data Analysis : Gather, assess, and interpret sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.

Reporting : Create comprehensive reports and presentations for the General Manager, emphasizing key findings and recommendations.

Sales Forecasting : Support the projection of future sales trends using historical data, market analysis, and ongoing sales activities.

Performance Tracking : Oversee and assess the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives, offering feedback and improvement suggestions.

Market Research : Perform market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
