Experience (Years) : 10 & Above
Essential Skills :
- At least 8 years team management experience and 1+ years experienced using Agile to deliver projects.
- At Least 5 years’ experience working in a large scale, complex IT environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or directly related field.
- Proven ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical customers alike.
- Experience with recognized project management methodologies including work breakdown structures, risk / issue management, resource loading, project monitoring and controlling, and quality assurance.
- Create and maintain plans and forecasts with specified budgets and milestones against which you can confidently execute
- Ensure clarity and precision in defining the scope of projects
- Plan, monitor and control multiple large-scale cloud migration projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Identify Critical Success Factors across the project lifecycle and successfully deliver against them
Desirable Skills :
- Work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience of successfully managing projects throughout the entire end-to-end cloud migration lifecycle.
The ability to thrive within a fast paced, demanding environment is an absolute must!
