- Business Financial Services (BFS), Business Deposits & Treasury Solutions
- Project : Large complex migration project
- Role : Large complete migration project
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of Cash Management On-boarding migration projects ensuring consistency with bank strategy, commitments, and goals
- Candidate will partner with and serve as the primary advocate between clients, treasury solution salesforce, implementation / servicing teams, and payments product team to answer questions, address client-specific requirements, and guide the client on-boarding experience, enabling consistency and accuracy
- Lead the planning & implementation of projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, tasks, and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate project staff to ensure optimum project resource allocation
- Manage, plan, and track schedule project timelines using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outcomes
IT Project Manager - Cash Management On-Boarding Migration Projects - Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years PM experience managing small to medium sized projects
- 5+ years of experience & strong subject knowledge in Commercial banking and Cash management
- Experience in commercial relationship management role(s) within a financial institution
- Proven technical understanding of complex file structures, connectivity and ERP platforms
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft 365)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, notably the ability to straddle high-level / strategic client conversations and technical nuances of product platforms

- PMP certification would be an asset
- French language skills an asset
- Experience with Confluence / Jira (nice to have)
- ISO 20022 industry knowledge an asset (nice to have)
