Responsibilities :

  • Serveon the Executive Committee to drive the hotels strategicplan.
  • Manage all of our rooms teams : Front Office Housekeeping Fairmont Gold Guest Services GuestExperience overseeing more than 300colleagues.
  • Prepare annual budgetsand monthly forecasts ensuring financialaccuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with allof Accor and Fairmonts Roomstandards.
  • Lead the hotel team toachieve outstanding servicescores.
  • Support the colleague journeyand oversee successionplanning.
  • Ensure the right processesare in place to respond to guest comments and resolve anycomplaints promptly.
  • Fosterstrong communication and cooperation for enhanced guest andcolleaguesatisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Background inboth housekeeping and front officeoperations.
  • Involvement with a Luxuryproduct
  • Experience in aunionized environment
  • Universitydegree preferred Hospitality Management aplus.
  • Proven ability to managemultiple projects effectively underpressure.
  • Demonstrates success inexecuting intricate procedures plans and aligning a team towards agoal.
  • Exhibits excellentcommunication skills.
  • Organized andattention to detail.
  • TalentDevelopment : mentoring and promoting team members to higherresponsibilities.
