As a highly skilled Academic Mentor, you will provide personalized coaching and support to students in need of academic guidance. With a strong background in education and a passion for helping others succeed, you will work closely with students to develop effective study habits and strategies that cater to their individual needs.
About the Role
This is a part-time hybrid position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be working with students in a one-to-one setting, providing regular feedback and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals. Your role will involve close mentorship and motivation to inspire positive behavior changes in students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized coaching plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide regular feedback and support to students to help them stay on track
- Collaborate with students to develop effective study habits and strategies
- Mentor students in areas such as organization, time management, reading comprehension, and study strategies
