Reporting to the Director, IDC Relations, the Relationship Specialist is responsible for being the interface between Intelcom and our Business Partners (Independent Delivery Contractor - IDC)
Main responsibilities :
- Work with our business partners and operations management to resolve concerns and complaints impartially, promote a constructive and cooperative approach to problem solving, investigate complaints and recommend improvements to policies, rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that offer high quality services with a focus on value, revenue generation and customer focus for our partners.
- Ensure that all activities carried out comply with applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Responsible for communication with our partners to keep them informed of our products, services, training, etc.
- Accompany the various stakeholders towards partnership and collaborative management to equip them adequately to fulfill their roles and responsibilities vis-à-vis our business partners.
- Participate in daily operations in our various stations in your region.
- Support the development of our compliance policies and procedures in conjunction with the IDC Compliance Lead.
- Available to travel and work within stations
Skills and Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Humanities, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in building effective business partnerships (essential)
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation (essential)
- Knowledge of the logistics and transport industry is (preferred)
- Passion for leadership and collaboration to achieve the best value for Intelcom and to develop mutually beneficial relationships with our partners
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills Global
- Strong service-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot
- Ability to research and apply learning quickly
- Bilingual (French and English) - written / spoken
