Location : Montreal, QC
Responsibilities :
- Reaching out to insurers for pricing on group insurance plans (new clients and renewals for existing clients).
- Implementing new plans with clients, including enrolment forms and presentations to employees on their plan.
- Setting up the DAS (deductions at source) file for clients and updating the file at renewal.
- Day-to-day administration, including calls from plan administrators and issues from plan participants.
- Meeting with clients in person to present options and solutions related to their group plan.
- Conducting annual reviews with clients to discuss options.
- Organizing various presentations to plan participants on different topics.
- Dealing with insurers to prepare specific reports.
- Coordinating with third parties on presentations and costs.
- Preparing health and wellness series of presentations.
Requirements :
- Ideally licensed as a group insurance advisor.
- Minimum 5 years of industry-relevant experience in the group insurance industry.
