Why We Need You :
You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to our patients. As our newest Patient Service Specialist you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care.

This position is a full-time , contract position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
What Do You Bring?
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
