Director of Product - LegalTech AI firm ($170,000 - $190,000)

TekRek has partnered with a Series B funded, leading SaaS provider in the LegalTech AI space. They partner specifically with enterprise level firms and their mission is to provide an exceptional digital legal document experience.
Job Description :
In this role, you will use a modern tech stack which includes Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS.
You will :
- Define and lead the product roadmap, communicate the vision, ensuring alignment to customer needs and company goals
- Create product strategy documents that accurately describe the technical requirements, as well as revenue and product performance
- Act as a champion for the customers and users while also identifying market needs
- Lead and develop a Product team consisting of Product Managers and Product Owners
Job Requirements :
This job has some required and preferred skill sets to achieve the best results in the role.
Required :
- 10+ years progressive product management experience
- 5+ years experience working with SaaS products
- Ideally, you have experience working in AI + Document Management + Financial Services space
- Strong experience in understanding market trends and customer needs
- Strong experience in developing end to end product strategy roadmaps
