Your Job Join Paystone as our Director of Product and lead the charge in shaping the future of our innovative solutions.

You'll be at the helm of our Product team, driving the vision and strategy for two of our core products - NiceJob and DataCandy .

In this dynamic role, you'll coach and mentor a talented group of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

So come work with some people who aren’t just good, they're great! Your Focus : Product Strategy and Vision : Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.

Utilize data-driven insights to guide product development and decision-making processes. Customer-Centric Approach : Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development.

Conduct and oversee regular market and customer research to inform product improvements and innovations. Leadership and Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Provide guidance and support to product managers in developing and executing their product strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product launches and iterations.

Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to align on product goals and milestones. Performance Metrics and Analysis : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Leverage analytics to identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth. Who you are : 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that are data-driven and customer-focused. Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring product managers.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have; experience with merger & acquisition as it relates to evaluating synergies and unifying products into a single product Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;

MBA or advanced degree preferred.
