We are presently recruiting for an Associate within the Technology & Data (T&D) Strategy and Operating Office. In this role you will be accountable for the planning and analysis of the Market Data & Subscriptions expense lines across CPP Investments.
The Opportunity :
- Work independently to lead and coordinate the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process for Market Data & Subscriptions across all departments ensuring information accuracy
- Make abstract connections between information sources to conduct analysis around spend trends and variances
- Design and structure reports with specific information that provides clear illustration of point; this includes creatively conveying data and analysis with charts tables and other visuals
- Drive efficiencies in the expense reporting and analysis process and present spend reporting results to business management teams and / or executives
- Address adhoc business requests to facilitate CPP Investmentswide discussions and analyses
- Work with the Data Scouting team on proactively identifying cost optimization opportunities for presentation to business partners
- Partner with our external vendor Calero to support our management of the Market Data Management (MDM) solution from a dashboard and reporting perspective
- Identify and develop processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness for the team
