Highgate Medical Group is immediately hiring a hybrid Full Time LPN Nurse-Triage position for our busy primary care offices West Amherst.
We want you to join our vibrant team!
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- working with patients to maximize their health capabilities and performing all triages.
- Perform telephone triage of patients with accurately assessing symptoms based on subjecting and objective findings, utilizing clear triage software.
- Flexible schedule - 4 days - 10 hours per day or 5 days - 8 hours per day.
Education :
- LPN Designation
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
