Weare looking for a highly skilled and experienced Murex TechnicalSolution Architect based in Canada to join our team. As a MurexTechnical Solution Architect you will be responsible for overseeingthe technical architecture and ensuring the effectiveimplementation of Murex solutions within our clients environment.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability scalabilityand reliability of Murex systems while aligning with enterprisearchitecture standards and clientexpectations :
- Leadthe design and implementation of Murex solutions ensuring theyalign with client enterprise architectureexpectations.
- Evaluateand recommend technical choices to ensure scalability performanceand compliance with industrystandards.
- Ensurethe robustness of critical processes such as EndofDay (EOD)intraday processing and other workflows essential to Murexoperations.
- Implementmeasures to minimize impact across entities in case of failures ordisruptions.
- Provideviews on how to improve its strategy based on relevant technologyand markettrends.
- Definetest or migration strategy with optimal coverage of functional& technicalcomponents.
- Buildingsolution expertise based on your strength areas or on specificitiesof its geographic regions to onboardArchitects.
- Suggestand lead the initiatives and innovation around architectureactivities.
- Providefeedback and to contribute in any ways on existing and new serviceor product offers such as deploymentartifacts.
Requirements
- Mastersor Bachelors Degree preferably from Financial Engineering ComputerScience Information Technology or relevantdiscipline
- Proventrack record of designing and implementing Murex solutions withfinancial institutions or similar environments
- Strongexperience in Operating System such as Unix Linux Windows Sybaseetc.
- Familiarwith Projectmethodologies : WaterfallAgile
- Familiarwith Systemdesign & integration patterns : UMLVisio
- Familiarwith Cloud Computing such as DevOps(Git Jenkins) / Cloud (AWS Azure) and other tools CI / CDOracle
- Excellentpresentationskills
- Abilityto understand complex issues and be able to either dive intodetails with experts or summarize fornonexperts
- Abilityto foresee challenges anddependencies
