Job descriptionHandling export files “A-to-Z”, including : quoting, booking, dispatching, Preparing air freight documents, offering / issuing insurance certificates, tracking, troubleshooting, and invoicing. Coordinating freight daily with vendors / agents. Participating in department and branch team meetings. Rate / contract negotiation. Issuing pertinent freight documentation. Constant monitoring and replying to e-mails in the export’s and personal work mailboxes. Ensuring appropriate margins are met on shipments. Ensuring vendor compliance with Priority’s service standards. Maintaining and fostering vendor and client relationships. Timely actioning vendor and client requests. Uphold and promote Priority Worldwide’s mission to deliver The Ultimate Customer Experience . Priority Worldwide is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Air Export Agent to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage air export shipments from A to Z, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to delivering The Ultimate Customer Experience.

What You Bring :
- Minimum of 1+ years of Air Export Experience
- Dangerous Good Certification (IATA) preferred
- Experience handling complex cargo-Dangerous Goods, ITAR, Project Cargo strongly preferred
- Experience with Cargowise preferred
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
