YOUR ROLE :
As the corporate trainer for the Montreal office, you will work with a motivated and energetic team in setting up and providing training. Your main responsibilities will include :
Offer quality training in groups or individually, to welcome and integrate new employees : managers, professionals and office support staff ;
Prepare and update learning sessions according to established processes ;
Act as a resource person for any requests related to training, software and problem solving;
Interact with members, evaluating learning needs and setting up new courses / training;
Participate in the organization of various projects, and activities in order to share knowledge and stay aware of new trends;
Explore and test new software.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Experience in a similar role in a professional service firm or company as a trainer in office software (word processing, accounting, document management) ;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Kofax, Nuance pdf, Windows 10 l 11;
Good interpersonal skills, sharp communication skills and professionalism;
Sense of organization, priority management and autonomy.
