As a Trainer for the Textura platform within Pomerleau's Innovation team, you will be an ambassador for this new platform that will support our logistics team working on large-scale construction projects ranging from million dollars to over one billion dollars.
What You Will Do
- Actively collaborate in the preparation of training content.
- Provide a monthly training calendar.
- Lead employee training sessions on the Textura system.
- Maintain Textura certification paths.
- Participate in project start-up meetings.
- Complete internal checklists to identify and support teams requiring additional coaching and training.
- Act as an ambassador for the Textura platform across different teams.
- Participate in the annual review of administrative guides.
- Maintain the Textura training center.
- Participate in various continuous improvement projects (FOX or others).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal processes and software updates.
- Be in charge of the entire Textura learner path; training, coordination, keeping certifications up to date and annual revision of administrative and learner support guides.
This role could be for you if you have
- DEC in administration or office management.
- Experience as a user of Oracle systems, ideally Textura, or any other similar platform.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a contract administrator or any other similar position.
- Experience in customer service or a willingness for a teaching approach.
- Knowledge and experience in the construction field.
- Fluent in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- To have a strong interest in training and possess a great ability to explain the subject and share knowledge.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
