This pivotal role involves reshaping the marketing strategy to be more modern and AI-enabled, with a focus on enhancing market visibility, increasing pipeline generation, and supporting global expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evolving the current marketing team, structure, tools, and processes, with a key emphasis on integrating AI, automation, and agentic technologies to drive efficiency and output. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that marketing activities are in line with the company's broader business priorities and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in digital channels, demand generation, and commercial growth. While experience in the construction or concrete industry is not mandatory, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
