We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for you as a Forklift Trainer, where you can share your expertise and make a difference.
Job Overview : As a Forklift Trainer, you will lead engaging training sessions for both new and seasoned forklift operators.
Your in-depth knowledge of forklift operations will ensure that all trainees are well-versed in safety protocols and operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities : - Deliver training sessions covering both theoretical and practical aspects of forklift operation.
- Assess trainees' skills and knowledge to ensure compliance with safety standards.- Develop and update training materials as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance operators' skills.- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications : - At least of 2 years of forklift operation experience.- At least 1 year of relevant education (CEGEP / diploma / certificate) in training, health and safety, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operations and safety protocols.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to tailor training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
