- Python
- Workflow languages (WDL, Nextflow, snakemake)
- Git experience Your profile :
- Advanced Python Programming : Proficient in Python programming, particularly within Linux-based High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
- Expertise in Workflow Language : Strong knowledge of workflow languages such as WDL, Nextflow, and / or Snakemake for automating and managing computational workflows.
- Version Control with Git : Experienced in tracking and managing code using Git for version control.
- Extensive Experience in Data Analysis : Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in X-Omics Technologies : Familiarity with x-omics technologies and their applications in data analysis.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Educational Background : Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Data Sciences, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
