DutiesFunctions and Responsibilities :

• Essential duties and functions pursuant to the Americanswith Disabilities Act may include the following. Other relatedduties may be assigned.
• Performs buyingservices including purchases using a procurement card; issuesdelivery orders for noncompetitive releases under existing masteragreements;

and issues purchase orders for noncompetitive buysunder the Colleges informal and formal threshold.

Performs source selection and contract formation servicesincluding informal solicitations such as Requests for Quotations(RFQ);

issues purchase orders and single transaction contractsunder the States formal threshold; and participates undercooperative contracts as authorized.

• Performsadvisory and technical support services to assigned departmentcustomers current and prospective contractors and members of thepublic on a variety of procurement activities including procurementcards;
• delivery orders; purchase orders; informal source selectionprocesses; master agreements; order monitoring; participating undercooperative contracts;

and contract management andadministration.

MinimumQualifications :

• Graduationwith a Bachelors degree from an accredited college oruniversity.
• Four (4) years of applicable workexperience may be substituted in place of the minimum educationrequirement.

Preferred :

• CPPB CPPO CPSM Certification or Similar.
