PositionOverview

In this role you willconnect with Investment Professionals across North America onbehalf of our client which includes esteemed banks asset managersand public companies across various sectors and industries.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound phone calls to engage InvestmentProfessionals generating leads and building professionalrelationships within a defined target segment (100calls / day).
  • Record daily call activitiesaccurately updating and maintaining information in our clientsproprietary database.
  • Develop and maintain anunderstanding of diverse industries and financial productsincluding Equities Mutual Funds ETFs IPOs and StructuredProducts.
  • Collaborate with team members tocreate and implement innovative outreach strategies for clientcampaigns.
  • Support senior team members withadministrative tasks and assist on special projects asneeded.

Qualifications &Experience

  • Auniversity degree or college diploma in Commerce Finance BusinessAdministration or a related field is required.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) ispreferred.
  • Prior experience in businessdevelopment or sales ideally within financial services is anasset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteparticularly Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Strongverbal and written communication skills with the ability to delivercompelling responses and handle objections confidently.
  • Demonstrated resilience and problemsolving abilities witha proactive approach to turning challenges intoopportunities.
  • Adaptability and strategicthinking with an ability to adjust outreach techniques based onrealtime feedback.
  • Experience with CRM toolsto track and manage interactions and data.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a positiveteamoriented mindset.
  • A solid understanding offinancial markets or a keen interest in learning more.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time managementabilities.
