Overview
As a Product Associate you will work closely with Avison Young’s product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the success of Avison Young’s software products. This junior role is primarily focused on executing the company’s product strategy and achieving traction with our user base and their clients. Success will be measured in your ability to relay our products’ value proposition and functionality to a range of users across our company’s service lines. To achieve this, you will leverage a variety of channels such as regular release notes and roadmap updates, a dedicated training program for users, and a comprehensive marketing resource center to support our go-to-market strategy. Even though you will collaborate with marketing to help create these resources, you are responsible for setting expectations, keeping stakeholders engaged, holding team members accountable to deadlines and scope, and ultimately growing the success of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Execute Avison Young’s product go-to-market strategy to achieve traction with target user base. Ensure value proposition of products is met through growth of user base and customer feedback, and report on progress to leadership and management teams.
- Determine qualitative and quantitative success metrics for each product in our suite
- Configure mechanisms to measure success metrics and summarize observations
- Collect and summarize user & client feedback through a variety of channels
- Formulate recommendations to product, marketing and sales teams
- Formulate, deploy, and lead a product training and sales enablement program to support our go-to-market strategy. Encourage continued growth of our userbase and their uses cases
- Keep our userbase informed on new features, functionalities, data and use cases
- Maintain country-specific product roadmaps for each area of our product suite
- Compose training materials such as print, visual or video media with Marketing team
- Demonstrate the value proposition and functionality of our product suite & features
- Lead product training workshops to teach others how to utilize & demo our products
- Create and maintain a product marketing resource center to equip our sales and support teams with client materials, sales strategies & tactics, how-to guides, use cases, and more.
- Create a web-based product marketing resource center with Marketing & IT teams
- Maintain and grow a repository of marketing deliverables in print, visual or video media to inform clients on the benefits of our products, guide sales teams on how to leverage our products at the point of sale, explain users how to navigate our products and identify which products to use for specific commercial real estate applications
