Cresco is known for its relentless focus on quality and artistry in building homes and developing communities such as The Parks of West Bedford and The Parks of Lake Charles.Our Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to- day site operations ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and enforcing health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem solving skills, and the ability to coordinate trades, suppliers to deliver homes on time and within budget. Responsibilities · Day-to-day management of the construction site on assigned projects, ensuring the work is completed safely and consistent with Cresco standards and project specifications.· Leading and directing all on-site activities, including site security, manpower and logistics as well as establishing on-site work methods, managing material and supplies, and maintaining accurate and details project documents.· Providing safety leadership through implementation of Cresco Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety performance.· Developing and driving the construction schedule in conjunction with the project team ensuring that site activities, completion dates and milestones are met.· Leading OH&S and Environmental initiatives, promoting HS&E standards, policies, procedures, acts and regulations and ensuring they are being followed by everyone on site.· Maintaining daily paperwork including field reports, safety inspections, schedule updates, etc.· Ensuring sufficient manpower is provided to achieve safety, schedule and quality objectives.· Providing people leadership through establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with site staff and subcontractors to promote positive morale.· Forecasting any material requirements and collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure that materials are supplied in a timely fashion and meet quality standards as well as receiving and organizing materials with appropriate teams on site.· Identifying and advising of design deficiencies, schedule interruptions or difficulties, and other project issues while working collaboratively with Project Manager to resolve issues.· Ensuring that orientations, toolbox talks, safety meetings and training is being conducted as necessary.· Such other roles and duties as the Employer may from time to time require.
