What do you offer?
Integrated Measurement for Performance, Review, and Enhanced Settlement Services (IMPRESS) is a new program aimed at strengthening the evaluation capacity of settlement organizations across Canada. The Research Officer – Service Quality & Evaluation contributes to assessing and improving service quality in the NGO sector. This role focuses on evaluating client experiences, conducting quantitative and qualitative research to enhance service quality, and improving newcomer client satisfaction with services. The Research Officer will be responsible for conducting research activities, including surveys and interviews with service provider organizations (SPOs) and newcomer clients, gathering and analyzing data, developing evaluation tools, and training SPOs on implementing a quality evaluation platform, tools, and performance measurement frameworks. The Research Officer will work closely with the technology team to ensure the effective automation of evaluation tools and contribute to the development of a user-friendly evaluation platform that meets the needs of service providers. The Research Officer will develop reports and visual representations and present findings to the Director, advisory board, and community partners.
