Job description

Key Responsibilities

Locate and load the proper stock and materials for production.
Prepare the feeder, windowing section, glue system, film feed, delivery, stacker, and packing station.
Set up and operate windowing equipment according to customer specifications and standard operating procedures.
Feed raw materials and window film into the machine.
Monitor machine performance and maintain optimum production speed and quality.
Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain proper line clearance and control non-conforming products.
Record production data, material usage, make-ready time, and production time.
Maintain machinery and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
Oversee and train team members on proper machine setup and operation.
Follow all SOPs, work instructions, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant machine operating experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good math and time-management skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
Able to work independently and as part of a production team.
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated.
Safety shoes required.

Physical Requirements

Regularly lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand throughout the shift.
Good vision and attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks.
