Role Overview

Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows
Exposure to modern frontend technologies as needed

Key Responsibilities

Build LLM-augmented features - integrate Claude API for intelligent backend capabilities (content generation, analysis, summarization, etc.)
Optimize database performance - write efficient SQL queries, design schemas, and manage data storage
Collaborate with teams (product, architecture, QA, frontend) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, peer reviews, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot and debug production issues and optimize for security and reliability
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to architectural decisions

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with C#, Ruby on Rails, or .NET frameworks
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Experience building cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
