About the Opportunity

Analyze large datasets generated from our portfolio management system to ensure data quality, integrity, accuracy and completeness

Evaluate system performance and design, assess impact on data quality

Collaborate with other departments to improve data collection methods

Review and clean data to identify and resolve exceptions

Report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs

Document processes and maintain accurate data records

Serve as a key analytical resource for the finance team in accessing financial data

Create and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior management

Act as the primary contact for financial information requests from our portfolio management system

Ad hoc reporting as requested

Other duties as assigned

About You

Bachelor’s degree

2-4 years of professional experience in an accountant or analytical function

Proven working experience as a corporate accountant, business data analyst or financial analyst

Experience in asset management industry is desirable

Proficiency in querying, report writing and presenting findings

Extensive experience with MS Excel

Familiarity with Harmony or other Portfolio Management system is preferred

Salary

90,000 to $100,000 / year
