We are currently looking for Counter Sales Associates - permanent full-time position
Day shift : Monday to Friday (overtime on Saturday)
Pay : up to $25 / hr. (Based on experience)
Location : Etobicoke, Scarborough and Toronto
Our client is the new generation of supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Taking orders in person at the counter or by phone.
- Picking and packing of customer’s orders.
- Answer all incoming customer inquiries regarding products, services
- and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sourcing non-stocking items for customers.
- Problem solving to rectify customer concerns as quickly as possible.
- Counter and warehouse maintenance.
- Pick and packing of all assigned orders in the warehouse
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and completely
- Any other duties as required.
Requirements
- Product knowledge in plumbing is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and problem-solving skills
- Hours to be determined. Subject to change. (flexible to start anytime between 7 am to 9 am for 8 hours shift, overtime available on Saturdays)
- Additional hours may be required on a daily basis to perform this job effectively
- Must have clear criminal background
