Are you someone with collision industry or hands-on recruiting experience that would like to grow your career? The Boyd Group / Assured Automotiveis looking for a Regional Recruiting Manager to help us attract and hire next-generation talent to our growing number of stores. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in the collision industry trades, or candidates with established experience in recruiting.
JobResponsibilities
To effectively source and recruit industry talent to our organization by collaborating with operations and the talent acquisition team.
Updating Staffing Needs / Creating Requisitions
Initial Screening
Reporting
Maintaining Requisitions
Job Fairs / Events support
Drafting offer letters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or work equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment environment or in the Collision industry
