What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Appraiser :

As a Claims Appraiser you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.

Our Appraisers are responsible for reviewing and assessing the value of vehicles through photo-based estimating. They have strong attention to detail, are analytical and able to connect the dots in every claim they manage.

Working in a collaborative, tight-knit team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Appraisers to help grow both your customer service and problem-solving skills.

We want your talent

if you are great at :

Investigating evaluating and appraising physical damage losses

Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule

Providing a great Customer experience

And you have :

Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program

Working towards the CIP designation an asset

Minimum 5 years of estimating / appraisal experience

Experience with Mitchell Workcentre, Mitchell Connect and Mitchell Ultramate

Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite

Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and vendors
