Position Scope : We are in search of an Executive Assistant / Business Manager who thrives in bringing order to the dynamic environment of our client’s business.
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various projects, departments, and directly to their President and Director of Business Management and HR.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, on site.Responsibilities : Managing a wide array of administrative tasks efficiently and providing comprehensive support across various departments and projects.
Provide high-level administrative support to the President and the Director of Business Management and HR, including calendar management, travel arrangements, schedules, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and submit monthly expenses Through Concur.Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate scheduling, project coordination, meeting documentation, and action item follow-ups.
Assisting in scheduling appointments and extending meeting invitations, as well as actively participating in meetings by taking notes and ensuring actionable items are documented and addressed.
Enhancing team productivity by managing email communication and streamlining inbox management.Develops knowledge of external stakeholders in order to enhance service and high-quality deliverablesRequired Skills and Knowledge : Relevant experience, whether professional or personal, demonstrating a strong knack for organizing tasks and coordinating people effectively.

Education and Experience : A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a senior administrative role supporting the executive level.
