Assist clients in making informed decisions by explaining the uniqueness of the items and offering suggestions based on their interests. Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and ensure a seamless client experience. Foster long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any post-purchase needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Have at least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality, ideally in the fine jewellery or high-end service industry. Are strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Can work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
