You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

You'll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.

Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Manager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Manage escalations, special exceptions and manage timelines
  • Oversee large onboarding intakes providing guidance, communication and escalation support to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Lead relationships with key technology teams and vendors ( HireVue , Workday, Phenom People, First Advantage)
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews with key TA leaders to consult on new features / releases, KPI's and use cases to meet the strategic needs of Talent Acquisition
  • Monitor and provide feedback to vendors on service delivery standards and oversee technical support issues
  • Support the transition of our current RPA solutions and Google tools to MS365 / PowerAutomate
  • Lead our continued digital adoption of GenAI , Power Apps and MS365 throughout Talent Acquisition, creating use cases and solving critical challenges in new ways
  • Oversee system testing projects, project planning and manage stakeholders and vendors
  • Coach and developteam members to drive innovation and embed our PwC professional framework in to daily work
  • Drive efficiency and collaboration across HC and BE to deliver key priorities in process excellence, technology and transformation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to teams providing guidance and support with best practices

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

  • Previous experience / knowledge of systems like Hirevue, Workday and Phenom
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • This is a 12-month full-time contract opportunity
