About the Job :

We are currently seeking an IT Support / Analyst Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will provide crucial IT support and contribute to the enhancement of our IT infrastructure.

This is designed largely as a remote placement but can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement / applied learning internship, you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative IT solutions.

It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great complement to your academic investment.

What You'll Do :

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to optimize IT processes.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

About You :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in IT support tools and technologies, including operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
• Experience with IT service management tools and methodologies such as ITIL is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
