Status : Full-time (depending on situation, Part-time or Fractional hours available)

Duration : Equivalent to minimum 520 Hours (or 3 months minimum)

Work location : Fully remote (with opportunity to work hybrid from Toronto or Chicago)

Compensation : Hourly (paid in equity compensation equivalent to CAD $32-35 / hour)

Role Overview : We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals who are interested in jumping into Team Lead and / or Deputy Team Lead positions.

We have openings across various departments (Strategy, HR, Operations, Finance, Marketing & Communication and Software development).

These roles are ideal for master's level candidates with a passion for leadership and innovation.

• Lead and motivate small teams or projects within departments
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve team objectives

Hiring Process :

• Evaluation : Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
• Orientation Session : Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship.

After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you choose that this internship is for you.
