About the Role :

We are seeking a Dedicated Care Physician to join our expanding medical staff. Given the growing demand for comprehensive care services, we are looking for patient-focused physicians with exceptional communication skills and clinical knowledge to meet the needs of individuals seeking a family physician. As a Dedicated Care Physician, you will have a relatively small patient roster, allowing you to deliver exceptional patient care. Your Responsibilities :

• Devote your time to a select number of patients, focusing on compassionate and preventive primary care.
• Foster strong relationships with your patients and gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of their interconnected health and wellness journey.
• Utilize insights from same-day testing conducted by our dedicated team to provide clinical recommendations and health guidance to your patients.
• Create comprehensive clinical and wellness diagnoses and treatment plans, leveraging our extensive network of referral partners. Once a recommendation is made, our dedicated referral team will handle the process, eliminating the need for phone calls or follow-ups.
