Sales Manager
This is a remoteposition.
- Develop andimplement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenuetargets.
- Setclear and measurable goals for individual team members and theoverall salesteam.
- Recruithire and train topperforming salesrepresentatives.
- Coachand mentor team members to help them improve their sales skills andclosedeals.
- Motivateand inspire your team to achieve their fullpotential.
- Tracksales performance metrics and identify areas forimprovement.
- Developand maintain strong relationships with keyclients.
- Conductmarket research and identify new salesopportunities.
- Collaboratewith marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless salesprocess.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in business administration marketing or a related field(preferred).
- Minimumof 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven trackrecord ofsuccess.
- Strongunderstanding of sales methodologies and bestpractices.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and coachingskills.
- Abilityto motivate and inspire ateam.
- Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
- Proficiencyin CRM software and salestools.
