Au sein de l'équipe Subway, votre rôle d'artiste du sandwich portera sur quatre aspects principaux :
- Offrir une excellente expérience client.
- Préparer et servir des aliments de grande qualité.
- Maintenir le restaurant fonctionnel, propre et beau.
- Faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe.
Une partie importante de vos journées consistera à réaliser les tâches suivantes :
Travailler auprès de nos clients pour leur faire des recommandations informées à propos des
options de repas et exécuter leurs commandes du début à la fin.
Respecter quotidiennement les normes de salubrité alimentaire dans la préparation et le service
d'aliments frais.
Collaborer avec vos coéquipiers pour maintenir tous les secteurs du restaurant propres, ainsi
qu'un environnement plaisant pour les clients.

CONDITIONS PRÉALABLES
Éducation : diplôme d'études secondaires ou l' équivalent
Expérience : aucune expérience préalable requise
COMPÉTENCES ESSENTIELLES
Capacité à comprendre et à exécuter des directives écrites et verbales.
Sur le plan physique : capacité à travailler dans tout secteur du restaurant selon les besoins et d'utiliser un terminal de point de vente ou une caisse enregistreuse informatisés.
Ce poste exige de se plier, de
rester debout et de marcher tout au long de la journée. Le candidat doit pouvoir soulever fréquemment
un poids de 4,5 kg (10 lb) et, occasionnellement, de 13,6 kg (30 lb).
Vous recevrez une formation sur vos rôles et responsabilités.
La disponibilité de postes à temps plein ou à temps partiel le jour, le soir ou la fin de semaine varie dun
restaurant à l'autre.
