Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people and processes? Downtown AutoGroup is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team at our brand new, state-of-the-art Autoplex facility in Downtown Toronto!

Your Role
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in a wide range of human resources & compliance functions.
You will assist with maturing our HR function by :
- overseeing our recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including conducting pre-screening, coordinating interviews, and managing our applicant tracking system
- implementing and facilitating a consistent onboarding process for all employees, including conducting orientation sessions and coordinating required documentation / training
- developing a consistent training program for all roles within the organization, specifically on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- providing thoughtful support and guidance to our employees regarding HR matters
- Developing career progression plans and promoting professional and career growth for our employees
- working closely with our senior team to prepare employment agreements, job descriptions, performance improvement plans and other related documents
- participate in performance management meetings
- oversee health and safety program

Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role at a fast-paced organization
- Proficient in managing hiring processes and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
