About the role
Our Returners Program is specifically designed to support professionals returning to work after a career break. Having restarted over 500 careers globally since 2016, our Returners Team are here to support you through every stage of the journey, ensuring you have the confidence, skills and opportunity to step back into a successful and rewarding career in business or technology.
FDM is a business and technology consultancy that service the industry across five core Practices.
Each of our Practices provide our Returners with a career path in their most suited field, so we can help you develop and build on your previous skills and experience across multiple capabilities.

You'll join FDM as a Consultant where you'll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 4-6 weeks.
You will then be able to start providing services to our clients relating to your field and Practice. There are opportunities to explore diverse roles and assignments for a range of global companies in your return to the workforce.

About You
What we look for
- Looking to return to work after a break in your career of 1+ year
- At least 5 years of previous commercial experience in the business or technology industry
- A strong aptitude and interest in business and technology
- Able to commit to work for FDM for a minimum of two years as a Consultant following the initial training period
- Eligible to work in Canada
Please note all client assignments require hybrid working in client offices in, but not limited to, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Vancouver and Calgary.
