Job description

Join a large enterprise technology environment supporting critical business applications that power day-to-day operations and customer interactions. This role focuses on maintaining stability across cloud-based systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate.

You will play a key role in monitoring production environments, resolving incidents, and ensuring applications remain reliable and performant. Working within Azure-based infrastructure, you’ll support ongoing enhancements while helping prevent recurring issues through practical, hands-on problem solving. T

This position is well-suited for a technically capable Support Engineer with Financial institute experience, who enjoys operational ownership and steady system improvement in a live environment.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, in production environments
3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, including incident management, issue tracking, and root cause analysis
Experience working within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, supporting live applications and services

Desired Skills & Experience

Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications or supporting intelligent workflows in production
Experience with batch processing, scheduled jobs, or data feed monitoring
Familiarity with enterprise integration tools or middleware technologies (e.g., MQ, WebLogic, Informatica)
