We are seeking an experienced Shawarma Chef to manage and oversee the preparation and cooking of our shawarma dishes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing shawarma, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food standards. This role requires someone who is highly skilled, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, season, and cook shawarma dishes according to Shelby's Legendary Shawarma recipes and standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
• Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

• Collaborate with management to develop catering and special events.
