Junior Accounting - Manufacturing

Randstad is currently hiring for a permanent Junior Accounting - Manufacturing professional for a client located in Waterloo, ON.

Day to day duties include; invoice management, data entry, collections and communicating with customers just to name a few.

Strong communication and attention to detail is required to be a successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with accounting duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
• Run and submit to management monthly and bi-weekly financial reports
• General administrative work will include; data entry, document preparation
• Workforce coordination send service estimates and assist in scheduling of service technicians
• Update sales reports for management
• Order and fill parts orders to customers

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative and project management is preferred
• Knowledge of QuickBooks online and accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams and social media platforms
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
