Supplier Experience and Engagement Manager

As the Supplier Experience and Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with diverse suppliers, developing engagement strategies, and driving initiatives that support supplier diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with diverse suppliers.
- Oversee recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Coordinate supplier certifications and track performance.
- Supervise and guide departmental staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to support supplier-driven initiatives.
- Review financial statements to assess supplier health and compliance.
- Develop KPIs, annual plans, and budgets for departmental initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams (preferably in a nonprofit setting).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital outreach methods.
- Strong background in account management and stakeholder relations.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
