We are seeking a skilled and proactive Web & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team on a part-time, long-term contract basis.
This role involves managing our client's Canadian website, creating and uploading content, and driving online engagement through various digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), with a creative flair for social media content.
This is an ongoing contract, which allows the talent to work remotely within the Greater Toronto Area. Our client is looking for someone who will be able to work 4 hours per day during core business hours, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Content creation including writing blogs, social media posts, and updates to or creation of website pages.
- SEO strategy to help improve ranking on google.
- Edit and create new webpages in WordPress, using provided content and layout.
- Develop and post engaging organic social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Google Business Profiles.
- Upload blog posts and ensure timely publication.
- Work on backlink strategies to drive traffic to the website, including signing up for business directories.
- Manage and optimize Google AdWords (Paid Search) campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO / SEM.
- Strong proficiency in writing and editing content.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Google AdWords.
- Proven ability to create content for social media platforms.
- 2-3 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns is a bonus.
