As a key technicallead and product steward you will leverage your expertise in cloudand virtual environments to solve complex business problemsensuring scalable secure and costeffective technologysolutions.

Hourly salary of $96.00 to $112.50 based onexperience.

4monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

Design and deliver scalable secure technology solutions for endusercomputing platforms that align with the global technologyroadmap.

Serve as the productsteward for a suite of desktop applications ensuring they remaincurrent with the vendor s product roadmap and meet businessrequirements.

Act as a technicallead building validating testing and documenting solution designsand ensuring smooth operational transitions through knowledgesharing.

Develop and maintaindesign specifications that meet technical functional andnonfunctional requirements adhering to service definitionsgeographical needs and securitystandards.

Design and developinfrastructure solutions that improve management stability securitydisaster recovery and cost efficiency of the global endusercomputing environment.

Maintaincomprehensive documentation on all technical services and solutionsin line with service designstandards.

Collaborate closelywith client service peers engaging frequently with clients tomanage expectations assess needs and customizesolutions.

Work with operationalsupport teams to analyze and report on incident and problem datawith a focus on continuous improvement and capacitymanagement.

Assist in creatingnew FIM / MIM rules resolve enduser tickets related to authenticationissues and develop solutions to reduce ticketvolume.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

University degree or college diploma in a related discipline orequivalent work experience with a minimum of 8 years in the ITindustry.

Expert knowledge ofcloud and virtual technologies including Citrix VMware AWSAzureEntra ID and AWS Workspace.

Extensive experience with Active Directory group policy objects andfederated services.

Proficiencyin desktop management operating system support (Windows 10 / 11) andPC hardware integration.

Indepthunderstanding of Mobile Device Management (AirWatch Intune) andmobile operating systems (Android iOS BlackberryOS).

Familiarity with WindowsServer () and Enterprise EMessaging platforms (Lotus Notes MSExchange).

Strong scriptingskills are highly desirable.

Proven troubleshooting and problemsolvingcapabilities.

EnhancedReliability Clearance (ERC) isrequired.
