The Position
Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an XM Business Consultant to join our team. The XM Discover Business Consultant will play a critical role in guiding clients through understanding the complexities of experience management, working closely with them to assess their unique needs, data, and business outcomes.
Leveraging the XM Discover platform, the consultant will uncover deep insights into customer experiences and provide strategic recommendations that drive meaningful business improvements.
As part of Optimus SBR, you will collaborate with a team of high-performing professionals, contributing to a culture of innovation and client success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of XM Discover solutions, ensuring they are customized to fit the client’s specific requirements and goals.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from XM Discover to uncover key insights and trends from Dashboard activity, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis, helping clients improve customer experiences, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Integrate data with customer systems via SFTP and REST APIs.
- Utilize XM Discover by Qualtrics and other tools (e.g., Qualtrics Stats iQ, Text iQ, Excel, PowerPoint) to conduct comprehensive data analysis.
- Train client teams on XM Discover tools and best practices, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and Optimus SBR Best Practices, staying current with industry trends.
- Design and manage the build of dashboards / reports that visualize the results of clients' experience management programs, ensuring attention to detail.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR by embodying the core values that drive our company.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, data analysis, or a related field. Prior experience with XM Discover or similar experience management tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and expertise in call center operations are preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
- Strong research analyst skill set with technical aptitude and the initiative to learn new programming solutions.
- Familiarity with the XM Discover platform or similar experience management solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides.
- BOptimus SBRc programming knowledge, specifically DAX and JSON, is an asset.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A solution-oriented attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a client-centric mindset.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to wear multiple hats in changing environments.
