Position Description
YWHO Provincial Office is seeking an individual for a full-time, permanent position as a CH&E Associate. The CH&E Associate will provide support for education and knowledge mobilization activities within Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Provincial Office and across YWHO networks in Ontario.
The CH&E Associate will support the YWHO Education and Knowledge Mobilization team with training and capacity building initiatives related to the YWHO model of service delivery and key competencies needed for the implementation of YWHO core components.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the YWHO Director of Strategy & Transformation, the CH&E Associate will be responsible for supporting multiple YWHO initiatives, including education, knowledge mobilization, evaluation and additional activities across the portfolio of YWHO initiatives.
Duties include but are not limited to : translation coordination, support with event planning, trainings, and knowledge exchange activities including the preparation of project reports, development of education and knowledge mobilization materials, and program reporting relating to education and knowledge mobilization activities.
The CH&E Associate will also be responsible for providing support to select projects and initiatives within the YWHO PO and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience preferably in a non-profit or public sector environment.
Familiarity with the mental health and substance use field, youth mental health and substance use services would be an asset.
The candidate must have demonstrated skills in knowledge mobilization including the development of resources, event planning / coordination, project management activities, and working with diverse stakeholders.
Superior organizational skills is required including the ability to utilize various software and online tools to organize and track information.
Problem-solving skills, prioritization skills, sound judgment, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail is essential.
Proven ability to set and meet priorities and deadlines, and to handle multiple assignments in a complex, high pressure and time sensitive environment.
The vast majority of tasks are computer-based and require strong working knowledge and proficiency with common MS Office applications (in particular superior MS Excel skills), internet search engines, and videoconferencing technologies.
The successful candidate will possess the ability for self-directed learning and work, as well as collaboration and teamwork.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills are required to work collaboratively with a variety of people in a wide variety of organizations.
Bilingualism (French / English) is required.
