Job Title : Experiential Project Manager

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Experiential Project Manager who excels at delivering high-impact events and experiences.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale corporate events, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining budgets to deliver world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with individual budgets of up to $3 million.
  • Translate client briefs into clear visions, objectives, activities, and outcomes, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from initial concept to flawless execution.
  • Coordinate with third parties and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Take ownership of event budgets, focusing on cost management and delivering savings.
  • Proactively manage project issues and risks, implementing action plans to keep projects on track.
  • Provide on-site event management and oversight, with occasional travel required (up to 20%).

  • Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery, from briefing to execution and evaluation.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and ensuring compliance with safety and risk management standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and manage expectations.

Additional Skills :

  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed to support events.
  • Expertise in related creative discipline is a plus.
