Purpose of Role : The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our clients.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in team environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support : Collaborate with clients to develop site relationships and be primary contact for technical support
• Monitor Equipment : Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain up to date product knowledge and provide training and support to clients on the use of equipment and systems.
• Update Documentation : Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :

• Mechanical Engineer degree
• EIT or registered with PEGNL
• Experience providing mechanical support would be beneficial
